dream2ejili accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the Platform from time to time. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion. dream2ejili does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
dream2ejili reserves the right to request verification of the payment method used for any deposit. Deposits made using payment methods not registered in your name may be declined or held pending verification.
Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. dream2ejili will process withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed on the Platform's cashier page.
dream2ejili reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of security checks, identity verification, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. In cases where fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse is confirmed, dream2ejili reserves the right to forfeit the relevant funds and report the matter to the appropriate Philippine authorities.
All transactions on dream2ejili are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). dream2ejili does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred through your payment provider are your sole responsibility.
dream2ejili offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions of each individual promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds credited to your dream2ejili account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds (where applicable), and expiry period are specified in each promotion's individual terms. Bets placed on games that are excluded from wagering requirement calculations will not count toward the rollover requirement.
dream2ejili strictly prohibits bonus abuse in any form. This includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, colluding with other players to meet wagering requirements, and any other conduct that dream2ejili determines, in its sole discretion, to constitute abuse of its promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is identified, dream2ejili reserves the right to cancel the bonus, void any winnings derived from the bonus, and suspend the relevant account.
All bonuses issued by dream2ejili carry an expiry date. Any bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to wagering requirements at the time of expiry will be forfeited automatically. dream2ejili is not obligated to provide advance notice of bonus expiry beyond the terms stated at the time the bonus was issued.
All virtual games offered on the dream2ejili Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The RNG systems used by dream2ejili's game providers are independently tested and certified to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. dream2ejili does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.
Live dealer games on dream2ejili are streamed in real time from certified studio environments. All live dealer equipment, including cards, roulette wheels, and dice, is subject to regular inspection and certification. The results of live dealer games are final once the round has concluded and confirmed by the dealer.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, dream2ejili will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated. dream2ejili's decision on disputed game results, made after review of server logs and game provider records, is final and binding.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the dream2ejili Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, dream2ejili disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
dream2ejili does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. dream2ejili does not warrant that the results obtained from use of the Platform will be accurate or reliable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, dream2ejili shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, even if dream2ejili has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall dream2ejili's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your dream2ejili account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
dream2ejili collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the dream2ejili Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
dream2ejili may be required to disclose your personal data to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or other third parties where required by Philippine law or by order of a competent court. dream2ejili will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

Upon termination of your account, your right to access and use the dream2ejili Platform ceases immediately. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of termination will be handled as follows: if the termination is due to a breach of these Terms by you, dream2ejili reserves the right to forfeit the balance; if the termination is initiated by dream2ejili for reasons unrelated to your conduct, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
You may request the closure of your dream2ejili account at any time by contacting support. Before closing your account, you should withdraw any remaining real-money balance. dream2ejili will process account closure requests within a reasonable timeframe after verifying your identity.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through dream2ejili's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
dream2ejili operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.
dream2ejili reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, dream2ejili will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Where the changes are significant, dream2ejili may also notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.
